CANCELLATION TERMS:

Cancellation must be received in writing to the TCIA office.  To request a cancellation, fill out the Event Cancellation Request Form.  Telephone cancellations requests will not be accepted.

Attendees who are unable to attend TCI EXPO may transfer their registration to another person at no additional cost. Registration transfers are permitted up to and including the day of the event.

Cancellation refunds are subject to the following schedule:

  • More than 30 days before TCI EXPO: Full refund, less a $50 administration fee.
  • 15-30 days before TCI EXPO: Full refund, less a $100 administration fee.
  • Within 15 days of TCI EXPO: No refunds will be issued.

Cancellation of your TCI EXPO All Access Pass registration also means cancellation of access to the pre-recorded digital sessions.
By virtue of your registration, you agree to the cancellation terms as outlined.
