Suitcasing is when a non-exhibiting company that is not a TCIA Annual Sponsor solicits business on the trade show floor, in or near the classrooms or in any other public space associated with the TCI EXPO trade show and conference. Specific examples of suitcasing include but are not limited to: distributing marketing/advertising material, literature, souvenir items or promotional materials; soliciting orders; or holding any conference, meeting, or event in the interest of generating business during TCI EXPO official events.

When companies suitcase at TCI EXPO, it diminishes exhibitors’ valuable support of our attendees as well as TCIA itself and as such, TCIA is tough on suitcasers and will be vigilant in our efforts to stop this practice. Anyone interested in exhibiting (whether by booths or tabletop displays) should contact exhibits@tcia.org.  We would love the opportunity to make you an official exhibitor with TCI EXPO and/or Annual Sponsor for TCIA and help you gain exposure and sales for your business.

TCI EXPO has a zero-tolerance policy regarding suitcasing. Any person who is observed to be suitcasing will be asked to leave immediately. Any Exhibitor allowing a non-exhibiting company to suitcase from the Exhibitor’s assigned space risks being banned from future marketing opportunities and/or future shows organized by TCIA

Please report any violations you may observe to Show Management.
