Why: TCIA meets with public safety, our security teams, and the police prior to the event to ensure our people are taken care of. By staying in our hotel blocks, TCIA has a broader scope of jurisdiction. Unfortunately – we do not have control of hotel or air B&B security outside our contracted areas.
