1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Making a purchase does not increase the chance of winning.
  2. HOW TO ENTER: Beginning on July 8, 2025, at 12:01 a.m. ET through July 31, 2025, at 11:59 p.m., individuals can enter to win up to one (1) prize by registering for TCI EXPO 2025. To enter and to be eligible to win, participants must complete a valid registration, including an individual email address and physical mailing address. Entrants will receive one (1) sweepstakes entry for registering for TCI EXPO 2025.
  3. To enter without registering for TCI EXPO 2025, print your full name, complete address, daytime telephone number, date of birth, and email address on a 3” x 5” card. Mail the 3” x 5” card in a business-size (#10) envelope, postage prepaid, to TCIA, Attn: Promotions, 670 N Commercial Street Suite, #201, Manchester, NH 03101. Entries must be received by TCIA no later than July 31, 2025, to be eligible to win. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
  4. Entries are limited to one (1) per person, either by registering for TCI EXPO 2025 or by entering by mail. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry method or entering more than the number of times permitted will void all entries and result in disqualification. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, contact information, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules.
  5. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of any of the Fifty (50) States of the United States of America and the District of Columba who are 21 years of age and older as of July 7, 2025, except for employees of Tree Care Industry Association (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies or employees of Samson Rope Technologies, Inc., Tracked Lifts, LLC, or Vertical Supply Group (collectively, “Suppliers”), or any of their affiliates, subsidiaries, parents, and/or agencies (collectively “Promotion Parties”), and members of any of the Promotion Parties’ immediate family or persons living in the same household. Void elsewhere and where prohibited.
  6. CRITERIA FOR WINNING: Winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received as of July 31, 2025 by random drawing to be conducted by Sponsor. The drawing for all prizes will occur on or about August 1, 2025. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the sweepstakes and determines the order and timing of receipt of entries.
  7. NOTIFICATION OF AWARD/ ACCEPTANCE OF PRIZE: The winner(s) will receive confirmation being selected in the drawing by email only and must sign and return any required Prize Notification and its accompanying Affidavit of Eligibility and Release form within five (5) days after the Sponsor sending notification of being selected in the applicable drawing. Failure to respond within the applicable time period or a finding by Sponsor that the entrant is ineligible will result in forfeiture of prize, and Sponsor shall have the option to award the prize to an alternate winner. The return of any prize notification or prize as undeliverable may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected. All income taxes resulting from acceptance of prize are the responsibility of winner. By entering to win (either by registering for TCI EXPO 2025 or by mail), entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final in all matters. Acceptance of a prize also constitutes permission to the Promotion Parties to use any winner’s name and likeness and biographical information for marketing purposes without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law. All applicable federal, state, and local laws apply. After verification of eligibility and receipt of the Affidavit of Eligibility and Release, any prize(s) to be awarded will be delivered to the winner by U.S. Mail, UPS, or FedEx by the Supplier of the applicable prize, at its discretion. There will be not cost to the winner for delivery.
  8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering to win, entrants waive all rights to, and hold the Promotion Parties harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. Promotion Parties will not be responsible for: lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible, or incomplete entries; an entrant’s failure to receive prize notices due to entrant’s spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for entrant’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this sweepstakes; by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this sweepstakes; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes, or announcement of the prizes. In the event of any such error, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify this sweepstakes in a manner deemed appropriate, at its sole discretion. If, in the Sponsor’s opinion, there is such an error, or there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the integrity of the sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or modify this sweepstakes in a manner deemed appropriate. In the event of termination, winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received as of date of termination. All decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding with respect to all matters related to the sweepstakes.  In any cause of action, the Promotion Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the promotion.

  10. Each prize consists of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize.  Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. No prize is redeemable for cash. Limit one prize per entrant, and one prize per household. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted by winner. All prizes will be awarded, but no more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

NO IMPLIED ENDORSEMENT: The names of individuals, groups, companies, products and services mentioned herein, and any corresponding likenesses, logos and images thereof reproduced herein, have been used for identification purposes only and may be the copyrighted properties and trademarks of their respective owners. The mention of any individual, group or company, or the inclusion of a product or service as the prize, does not imply any association with or endorsement of or by such individual, group, or company or the manufacturer or distributor of such product or service, and, except as otherwise indicated, no association or endorsement is intended or should be inferred.

CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM: Entrant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of state of New Hampshire, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof. Entrant further agrees that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in Concord, New Hampshire.
  13. PRIVACY: Sponsor will be collecting personal data about entrants online, in accordance with its Privacy Policy as stated on https://treecareindustryassociation.org/privacy-policy/, as may be amended from time to time. To the extent that there is any disagreement between the Privacy Policy and the terms stated in these Official Rules, the terms in the Official Rules control. By submitting an entry, entrants agree to Sponsor’s collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and these Official Rules.
  14. WINNERS LIST: Names of all prize winners will be made available on or before August 15, 2025 via an Instagram post from Sponsor and/or such other method as may be determined from time to time by Sponsor. Winner lists can be requested by sending a request along with a self-addressed, stamped business size envelope to the Sponsor at the address below after August 31, 2025.
