The TCI EXPO attendee list (list), maintained and distributed exclusively by the Tree Care Industry Association, includes all registered attendees of TCI EXPO who have opted in to allow communications from our exhibitors.
TCIA has never and will never sell contact information. If you receive an email offering an attendee list or contact information from TCI EXPO that is not from our Corporate Engagement team, it is illegitimate and should be labeled as spam. We will not ask you to purchase a list.
Understanding we have over 250 exhibitors, we ask you limit your e-blast sending to not more than two emails per recipient in total, prior to and/or after TCI EXPO. This restriction does not apply to follow-up emails to individual recipients, sent at the recipients’ request. Please review our exhibitor marketing kit for helpful tips when sending TCI EXPO emails.
If an exhibitor is confirmed to have sold attendee information or to have abused the list, the exhibitor will not be permitted to receive the attendee list in future years or may be barred from exhibiting at the discretion of TCIA’s show management team. Abuse includes, but is not limited to, excessive emails to attendees, refusal to remove attendees from lists, and inappropriate verbiage in emails.
